Overview

I built Hemat Yuk because I wanted an expense tracker that did not require sending personal financial data to a server. The core app works offline, has no login, and keeps data on the user's device.

My contribution

Built expense entry and editing, categories, weekly and monthly budgets, spending summaries, transaction search, and shortcuts for repeated expenses.
Kept financial data in local storage instead of requiring a backend account.
Added export and import so users can back up data and move it between devices.
Published the web app as an Android Trusted Web Activity.
